| Both emission and excitation filters for the two field
fluorometers were scanned on a PerkinElmer Lambda45 spectrometer. Differences between the two sets of filters
account for the observed 15% offset between the two fluorometers. Standards used for the intercomparison of
the two fluorometers were from Sigma and Turner.
No significant differences were observed in chlorophyll concentrations between filter extraction times of one to five days. |
