PURPOSE OF EXPEDITION:  
  Bio-optical data collection for algorithm development.
 
EXPEDITION SUMMARY:
  Bio-optical data were collected during day cruises aboard the R/V Klaus Wyrtki.  Complete data sets were succesfully obtained on 10, 11 and 13 July 2002.

In addition to collecting data, preliminary work was performed in establishing a wireless data communications system at the MOBY operations site.
